Membrane plate > Standard welded membrane

The standard welded membrane filter plate is applied with general filter plate, and this design is the most commonly used product in the industrial field.
The contraction/expansion action of the membrane causes bending stress, which may affect the chemical and physical stability of PP,
the main material of the filter plate. This product minimized this problem by applying two hinge lines.
Structurally, the design of the membrane filter plate requires a minimum cake thickness in proportion to the cake thickness before pressing.
In most industrial sites, however, the filter plate chamber is not filled uniformly or an empty chamber occurs due to changes in solid concentration and filterability.
This phenomenon causes membrane over-expansion, which causes damage to the membrane.
For sites with large changes in solid concentration and filterability, we recommend a membrane filter plate with design that does not damage the membrane despite the compression process in an empty chmaber.
