Inline-Flocculating System
In the case of sites where a polymer Flocculant is used as an auxiliary to improve the filterability of non-filterable sludge,
there are disadvantages such as decreased filterability due to floc breakage caused by the impact of agitators and transfer pumps after Flocculation,
and increased equipment for Flocculation (agitator, Flocculation tank, etc.)
As a countermeasure to compensate for this, the inline-Flocculation system improves productivity by shortening and continuation of the agitation process, facilitating process management such as continuation, reducing power costs, and increasing filterability by preventing floc breakage.
